We scheduled services in advance and received an email cancellation less than 2 hours before the first service. Did not get the courtesy of a phone call. The email invited us to reschedule for another day. We traveled over 4 hours for a spa weekend without even an explanation or offer of adjusting the time schedule. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. Take the time and go somewhere business would be appreciated and customer service is more than a pretty sign on the door.

I just have to say- Rochelle is amazing. I’m not sure if it’s her Greenbrier training or natural talent but she gives an incredible massage. Goes above and beyond. She takes her time with each point of the massage and makes an hour massage feel like 2 hours( in the best way!- never want to leave!) she is kind and makes you feel comfortable and overall just gives an incredible quality especially for the price. I called and no one answered and immediately the receptionist called back and fit me in at the end of the day. The facility was very clean and the employees were very hospitable offering me a refreshing drink as I waited. The mood was very serene like a spa should be. Even though it was the end of the day she still continued to be polite and friendly, no rushing me out the door. I will definately come back.

As a woman I’ve never felt very feminine or at place in my own skin. After 14 years with a man who refused to let me do my nails, wear make up, or wear what I wanted. Its easy to lose that light I had as a young girl. I’m so thankful to have regained that feeling of self love after the beautiful nails, amazing massage, and beautiful make up (with extra tips for me to take home thankfully). So greatful.
