Went in for a quick beard trim. The staff was friendly and nice. I came in about 15 mins before closing time. I explained I just needed my beard cleaned up as I was getting married the next month and my fiancé wanted to see my beard cleaned up a little. The trim was fine enough, but out of the blue the stylist brought up the trimmers to my eyebrows. My eyebrows are a strong feature that my fiancé loves. The stylist hacked my right one in half and left them very uneven. I was in shock when it happened and too embarrassed to say anything when I saw how bad it was in the mirror.
