I was so excited to get serviced at this place because of all the recommendations and great reviews I’ve heard about this place. But I was met with extreme unprofessionalism and lack of care. This place stole my money. I booked with @lashes.unlimited and sent my deposit (she is listed on Carte Blanche booking site btw), she reached out to reschedule my appt but that didn’t work for me so I requested to cancel my appointment and get my deposit back. She completely ghosted me and has not responded since. I reached out to the salon to see if we could fix the issue but all they told me is that @lashes.unlimited no longer works there. This confused me because if she no longer works there why is she still up on your site and able to be booked??? When I asked the salon owner follow up questions I was ignored and left on seen. This place moves shady and does not care about providing good customer service to paying clients. If you are able to get serviced elsewhere, please do so. Find somewhere where you’ll be treated with respect at a PROPER business establishment.

This beauty bar is the best! They have everything here and it’s right by UCF for all my student to come and get pampered. (Ladies & Men). Not only do they have a tattoo artist, but they have nails techs and estheticians who do facials and waxing and hairstylist. Definitely come here y’all!! I am outraged to learn of the client mistreatment and FRAUDULENT business practices taking place here! False advertisement, misrepresentation of services, under the table nontaxable service deposits that were FAILED to be refunded after swindling money with the false promise of bookings all of which management offers no assistance in resolving despite still advertising the scam artist( @lashes.unlimited) on their website! This is a shady business and I wouldnt be surprised if this was an elaborate scheme between the business and the artists to SCAM AND STEAL from unsuspecting clients in the the midst of a global pandemic and recession. The management is shameless and youre better off feeding your money to a shredder than booking here!
