Critical: QualityMy family has been going to this salon for over a year. We see the same stylist, and today I went in with a picture of exactly what I wanted my highlights to look like. Showed stylist and she said okay great, not a problem. I specifically asked if she could do it and she said yes… She didn’t have any issues withThe colors I chose. Didn’t say anything! The end result was NOTHING like the picture, wrong color completely! It’s extremely disappointing when you are excited and trust someone with your hair, to have them totally disregard your requests!! This happened not only to me, today but also to my daughter by the same stylist a month ago. I should’ve learned the first time, hopefully this will save someone else from making the same mistake and having the same disappointment!
