I am sorry i’m not a usual mail cridict but they were so mean to me. They were super aggressive to my nails and they ruined my cuticle’s. This place left me crying and feeling so sad afterwards because they were all giving me such a hard time about what shape and nail design i wanted. i did call however to complain and they felt so bad cindy is so nice and offered to do them again

Negative one stars … I asked specifically for DIP powder. They put acrylic on and my fingers and nails hurt for days! I have been getting dip powder for the last 4 years and have never had a technician out acrylic on my nails instead. I do not like acrylic!

Went in just to get a gel polish change. I had never been here before, the lady filed my whole nails off like so short my skin hurts & they were a good length when I came in I thought she was just shaping them up until I looked at the first hand she finished.. then I started to notice she put the polish all over my skin… I don’t understand how she thought they looked ok. went in to get my nails done , the lady put more than half of the fake nails on crooked. didn’t do the design i wanted , was very aggressive with moving my hands around. got glue on my finger , i peeled it off and half of my skin came with it. mind you , she had no clue what she was doing. also didn’t put the oil on my fingers after , or push my skin back when she first started. place was very unsanitary. wouldn’t go back again.

My sisters and I got gel manicures done. The tops of my nails are so thick and the bottoms are very thin. When I came in they were all even lengths but when I left some are long and some are barely there. They are so rude. This is not a good place to go at all. They don’t even coat the whole nail. I don’t understand how they are still in business. They don’t even clean their tools. Don’t go here.

I came with my mom and sister here and they were extremely rude, she left my moms toes really clumpy and when my mom asked if she could fix it she made an excuse and said it was because her nail was not smooth. Then she messed up my toes when she attempted to put my sandals on for me. They were making jokes and being rude because we asked nicely if they could fix my moms toes and refused. We even gave them tips and they were so rude honestly don’t go here. She even cut my nail when I told her she messed up my big toe! Not gentle, not cute, not worth it!

The ladies here were friendly enough, but I probably won’t go back. The shop itself was not very clean (although the pedicure chair and basin were cleaned before they seated my party). The nail trimming was a little rough and I have nicks on my fingers under and around my nails. My finger nails were trimmed super short, almost to the quick and not well shaped. Lastlly, they tried to upsell me to more expensive servcies multiple times after repeatedly saying no, which I find incredibly annoying. Its okay to offer the upsell once, but I don’t want to feel harassed into a more expensive service throughout my entire appointment.

Fantastic pedicure! I do not understand the negative reviews when I feel blessed to check this place out. The people are so friendly and my feet after 4 months without any care where in bad shape. Carson Nails did not just do a routine pedi but paid attention to my issues and went beyond what I have ever had! Plus the prices are amazing! Not only will I be back, I won’t even look at pedicures anywhere else.
