Carrie always goes out of her way if there is a wait to make sure I’m comfortable with waiting or would like to reschedule she even called yesterday to simply ask I come in 30 min later to avoid just sitting ! Ladies you all kno ppl like there junk nails and nail art on all 10 fingers !!THAT ALL TAKES TIME to do each one of the nail techs take time and patience to perfect you ladies nails ! I have never been to a nail salon and not had to wait ! With that being said once I do get in the ladies are so much fun to talk too I’ve never had such kind down to earth environment anywhere else they even love to see my kids when I bring them always welcoming and loving ! Carrie has never been rude at any point I’ve ever been there and I’m a regular ! My nails always last over 3 to 4 weeks with no problems and I’m very hard on my hands I’ve never had not a single Rhinestone or gem fall off! the prices are lower than anywhere else ive ever gone ! You get quality nails and they treat you like family ♥️ I’ll never leave this shop and I always get compliments on every set I get and always refer everyone to go to Carrie’s nail nook for the best nails around ! I’ve never once saw a woman walk out with a bad set always happy woman here ! And I always walk around asking the ladies to let me see what they’re getting ! I started going to Carrie’s Nail Nook a few months ago after trying several other nail salons in the area and I love this salon! They truly make you feel at home and do great work! I have each of the techs do my nails and they have all done a great job( Carrie, Lexi, Elizabeth and Katelyn) Carrie did my nails today and I love them! Great fall colors.

Y’all! This is the BEST nail salon EVER! This was my first visit and I will NEVER go anywhere else ever again! I was so excited I had to take pics in the dark car! Not only did Katelynn KILL it and make them so on point that I’m obsessed the entire staff and salon itself are amazing! Friendly beautiful women who make you feel comfortable no matter what. It totally feels like your just hanging with your girls even when you are new clientele! Go here! I swear to god you won’t regret it!

Last night I went to Carries Nail Nook for the first time ever and had excellent service. The girls are all super friendly and welcoming. Victoria was my nail tech & she exceeded my expectations. Hello all! Im new to the Springfield area and have tried a few other local nail salons with terrible luck. Last night I went to Carries Nail Nook for the first time ever and had excellent service. The girls are all super friendly and welcoming. Victoria was my nail tech & she exceeded my expectations. She took her time and made sure I was happy with how my nails came out. Been going here for about a year now. I have loved every artist whose chair I was lucky enough to sit in. I also booked out the salon for my bridal party a few weekends ago and all of our nails looked AMAZING. And it was an awesome experience for all of us. I drive about 45 minutes to go there and pass dozens of salons along the way. Their work and prices can’t be beat! Love them.

I booked with Carrie for Ombré acrylics. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted with a friendly hello. I was ushered to the nail room within ten minutes of waiting. Everyone (staff and clients) seemed to be in a great mood. Carrie went over design ideas with me and nail shapes. Then she preceded to mix colors to create my own personal ombré look. She double checked everything before starting. She made sure my nails and cuticles had a nicely manicured appearance before even starting the acrylics. I was so happy about the whole process. I left feeling beautiful and ready for my trip. The price for my service was excellent. Carrie goes above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this nail salon to others.
