The last time I went here I went in to get a peekaboo haircut and color. I showed Shannon what I wanted and even explained what I wanted. I came out with the worst looking balayage I have ever seen! My hair was pretty dark I’ll admit but she didn’t even give me the type of style I wanted! Also her and Kristen were very unprofessional! Talking bad about me right in front of me, saying that I should have told them what I was actually coming in for (I told them I was coming in for a color which included bleaching). Talking about how she didn’t really have time for me today and how she didn’t like this appointment. The picture I showed her was a little too light to be expected in one session which I knew. I asked her to get me as close as she could and she cut me off saying “yeah you can’t get that light.” Kristen and Shannon were also making fun of an older customer that came in to get services. If I could give it 0 stars I would!!

This place was busy, but it was also around the holidays. Even with it being busy Carrie did everything to make sure everyone in the shop was comfortable. I thought that was pretty neat. My wife had an appointment with Carrie, she was seen on time, and looks perty as usual. I was a walk-in and didn’t wait too long given how busy they were. I’m partially bald, but she still made me look good, even my wife complimented me which is saying something . If your wife is in a good mood then you know thats the place to go .

Do NOT waste your time coming here. I asked for a BALAYAGE and this is what I got. Ridiculous. If you don’t know what you’re doing or how to do it, then DONT. So now I get to go have my hair color corrected. Because there’s literally lines through out it! Oh and to top it off, my hair trim was as uneven as you could possibly get. Thanks.
