As I welcome you to my table within the serene atmosphere of RISE Wellness Collective, my intention is to guide your body’s innate healing, restoring balance and a deep sense of peace often lacking in our busy lives. I love nurturing wellness and feel energized by helping others. Within my sessions I often use a variety of techniques to loosen restricted movement, reduce inflammation, encourage blood flow and settle the nervous system. I often integrate massage cupping, warm Himalayan salt stones and therapeutic grade essential oils, awakening the senses and promoting a deep level of calm. As the body speaks, I listen, intuitively guiding it to restore balance, create space and encourage overall healing of mind, body and spirit.

My massage with Carrie was such a treat! She was so kind, warm and welcoming. She asked great questions and allowed me time to ask questions so that we were both on the same page before the massage began. I was able to pick an essential oil for her to use on me during our session and she had such a great selection it was hard to pick! She gracefully mixed in the use of her hands, hot stones, and cupping during our session. After the massage I felt so much more relaxed and restored. I can’t wait to see her for another massage!
