Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityCarrie has been very accommodating for both myself and my 13 year old daughter. When my curling iron pulled out a chunk of my hair she was able to squeeze me in right away for both my extension consultation appointment and 2 days later was able to put my hair extensions in and you cannot tell that they’re in my hair. My 13 year old daughter got her hair cut recently and she was excellent with her asking exactly where she wanted her length cut to and she also fixed her curtain bangs. My daughter couldn’t be happier with her new do. Carrie is also very informative of the do’s and dont’s of what to do with your hair. Carrie has been very accommodating for both myself and my 13 year old daughter. When my curling iron pulled out a chunk of my hair she was able to squeeze me in right away for both my extension consultation appointment and 2 days later was able to put my hair extensions in and you cannot tell that they’re in my hair. I have been visiting her for over 20 years, and am always amazed at her knowledge, creativity and ability to listen to her clients. True confessions, I have sometimes been pressed for time, and grabbed a quick haircut at chain salons, only to be reminded of the difference as soon as I get in the car and look in the mirror.
