My daughter and I got treated to a spa day at Carriage House and it was amazing. The staff was all so attentive and sweet and chatty. The massage and skin treatments were so relaxing and refreshing. And our pedicures came out super cute! It was a very special day for me and my sweet 16 year old.

As soon as I walked into the establishment the ambiance was calming.I was greeted and invited to a very cozy waiting area. While I waited I was checked on multiple times to ensure I was comfortable. Needless to say I enjoyed my visit and highly recommend! I’ll be back for more of Rosie’s quotes too!

This is the place to go if you want to be pampered in a small cozy building cerca 1800s with exposed brick, tapestries, period decor, and excellent service. The Carriage House stands across from one of the many buildings owned by the Stillman family, except that this one has a Stillman in it!

So I just called and spoke to a gentleman, didn’t introduce himself, so I can’t give you his name. Explained that I was interested in 4 services to be able to take advantage of the 15% discount. He put me and hold, then proceeded to go on and on about price changes, and them having difficulty updating their website. I stated that I was basing price services according to their site. That they should honor prices advertised. He then said; he would have to call his manager to approve the price’s. Lost me when he started debating with me, this was going to be approximately a $215 appointment and possibly a referral to them. Not very nice customer service.

This was my first time at Carriage House Day Spa and let me tell you I was really impressed. Very friendly, invited, customer services was on point. My Brazilian wax service was the best service that I ever had received in my life and believe me I have done a lot of them. Rosie was attention to detail. I highly recommend. Please don’t change. Cute spa and I had not been here since before I got married 16 years. I was looking forward to my weekend away from the kids but they do not follow covid precautions. I should not assumed that they would and should have asked what safety precautions they were following before booking. Mask optional sign was posted when you enter and this was also for the masseuse and technicians. I have been to several spas during the pandemic and this was the first one who did not require the staff to wear mask in order to protect themselves or customers. When I asked the masseuse about if she could wear a mask she basically said “mask are optional” and even though I was wearing a mask she did not offer to wear one. In order to provide the best and safest customer service i would hope that in the future the staff would wear a mask when providing services or offer to wear a mask at the customers request. It is hard to believe that they would do facials and other close contact services without protecting themselves or customers.

Attentive, pampering, soothing environment. Safety protocols still in place. Was able to go, feel relaxed, safe and quality of service was excellent. Only downside is they do not have a steamshower. They utilize essential oils for the full experience.
