Dr Walker is very thorough & I like her, but getting an appointment is next to impossible! I’ve had to change a few appointments due to unforeseen issues and each time they’ve pushed it out months ahead-4 or 5 months at least! I will be going somewhere that is a little more flexible& willing to accommodate me!

I have been seeing Dr. Walker for several years and have been very pleased. My previous dermatologist did not address all of my concerns and pretty much dismissed some of my issues. Dr. Walker was quite the opposite. She listened to me and prescribed the medicines that helped my skin. Her staff is very professional and Dr. Walker is kind, caring and has a lovely bedside manner. If you have issues with your skin, do not hesitate to seek treatment here.

I have had a great experience with Dr. Walker and her staff each time I have been seen. I had been going to a dermatology practice in Shelby since I was in high school (so 15+ years), but the wait times had become ridiculous, and the doctor was insistent that I go on a medication I did not want to take. I called Dr. Walker’s office and was able to get an appointment quickly. There is no long wait time at her office, and I have found her and her staff to be very courteous and professional.

Impossible to get in , front staff is rude. Waited months to get in, received a reminder call that I am positive said 1230pm. Arrived at 1225 and was told my appointment was at 1215 and I would not be allowed to be seen but could reschedule it. I explained I received a call and was sure that was the time. Receptionist asked me if I had recorded the call to prove it.
