I had a great first time experience at this salon today. When traveling I don’t like to bring a lot of hair tools and products so I often opt for a blowout. I booked with a junior stylist, her name was Suzy and she did a great job. Suzy was professional and very friendly. She did a great wash and blowout. My hair is perfectly done. I have booked appointments for some future visits over the holidays.

I had been wanting to get my hair dyed/bleached for years, but I was always too afraid too because of horror incidents I’d see online. My hair is relatively healthy, and I did not want to ruin it. However, I booked an appointment and I ended up getting my underside bleached (a peekaboo). My stylist was amazing, and she gave me exactly what I wanted. The bleach kind of pinches a little, since I have darker hair, but she reassured me that it was normal. I’ll definitely go back here in the future!

I got the worst haircut of my life about 2 weeks ago at a great clips that left me in shambles. I went in for a simple trim and what I received was 8 inches cut from the front of my hair. It was absolutely horrific. I almost cancelled my appointment at Caroline’s because I was so traumatized and didn’t want any more length cut off. I arrived and my stylist/hair angel Alyssa was friendly, warm and kind and listened to my horror story of a hair cut. She walked me through each step of the hair cut, asking me if she could cut off x length here and there. She made me feel incredibly comfortable and validated. She was able to beautifully blend the chunky mess I had walked in with. The end results are like night and day. I’m so much happier and more confident. I’m anxious to have my hair grow out to the length it was originally, but I’m actually really happy with my hair because of her. THANK YOU ALYSSA!!! Cecilia did a great job with my keratin smoothing treatment. I was a little nervous when I first left because I had quite a few flyaways but she ensured that they would settle down and they did. I really don’t have frizzy hair right now. It’s been nearly two months. I’m hoping this last up to five or six months. The salon is super cute. It’s in a cool location too. I do believe they have many skilled stylist working there.

I brought my 13 year old daughter here for a trim last week. It has literally been a year since she has had her very long, wavy hair cut, and this was her first cut during Covid. Caroline’s has a very open, airy workroom, everyone was masked, and we felt really safe and comfortable in that way. My daughter’s haircut turned out beautifully. The length is perfect, the shape is excellent, and she got an expert wash and blowout. Both she and I were really happy about it. As an added bonus, there are an array of great products – I needed a dry shampoo and a heat protector spray and found both – I love supporting local businesses over big box stores, and Caroline’s fit the bill in every way! We’ll definitely be returning.

I went to this salon a few times for a haircut. Laura T. was nice the first time, but then after that she seemed curt with me for reasons I don’t know. Maybe my double digit tip wasn’t to her liking. I’m happy I found someone who is a lot nicer and more pleasant to be around. Hairstyling

I’ve just moved to the area and was incredibly nervous to try a new hairdresser and salon but I can’t rave enough about what a wonderful salon Caroline’s is. Adriana does my hair and I always leave feeling refreshed and beautiful. She is a true artist, she gives honest feedback and is up to date on all the latest trends (even if I’m not!). Everyone around me always leaves looking amazing so I don’t think you can go wrong with any of the hair stylist.

I have a couple friends who go to Adrianna and a couple of the other people in the salon and they say they are great too! The Salon plays good music and has a great feel.
