The first time I came to this salon, I had the best experience ever. Unfortunately, things didn’t go well this time around. I didn’t want to complain because my first experience was so great, but I believe constructive criticism is due especially when it’s for a service you pay for. I walked in at 12:30 and was out by 12:44pm. My hair was washed, cut and styled in the span of about 15 minutes. The whole process felt and was rushed, which really upset me because my hair was left uneven. I did think about going back to get it corrected, but unfortunately I am so disappointed at the lack of care that I was given, that I do not think I will be going back. Overall, the stylist is great and talented, it is just a shame that this time around she did not provide the service she did last time. If someone is paying for a service, you need to give them the proper service experience. If you do not have time for that person, it is okay to say no . Don’t try squeezing someone in for an appointment that you will have to rush and not do your best work. That is all I wanted to say. I do recommend the place, just make sure to speak up for yourself if you feel like something is not going right.

Just got another haircut at Caroline’s and another great experience!! I have been going here for over a couple years now and each experience is as good or better as the last. Anila and Tim are very friendly and welcoming. Anila provides excellent service and a very high quality of work! She is a true professional! I would highly recommend anyone in need of a good hair salon to try Caroline’s!!
