Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been so pleased with everyone and everything at Carolina Tan Factory. The staff are all so nice and helpful when I ask about the devoted creations line, as I’m from out of state and I hadn’t heard of this line. I never have to wait for a bed and they are always clean and stocked. I’m also impressed how with the amount of beds they have and the fact that the facility and rooms are not all hot. As I mentioned, I’m from out of state, and we always had to schedule appointments to tan, and the beds and faculty were always so hot from them running all the time. This impressed me the most, as I can’t handle the heat due to medical conditions, but I love to have a good tan. The facility is clean and very welcoming. I’ve been so pleased with everyone and everything at Carolina Tan Factory. The staff are all so nice and helpful when I ask about the devoted creations line, as I’m from out of state and I hadn’t heard of this line. I never have to wait for a bed and they are always clean and stocked. I’m also impressed how with the amount of beds they have and the fact that the facility and rooms are not all hot. Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueThere is an excellent employee, Lauren, who I adore seeing every time I come in. She is always so happy and smiley, talkative and super helpful. The salon is always very clean and stocked when she is there and never a dirty bed. Then there is an employee, Maddie, she is always rude and always has a nasty look on her face, especially if I walk in too close to closing time; like she’s completely annoyed! I’m a single mom and work almost 7 days a weeks, so I come tan when I can. I never stay in the whole time of it’s too close to closing time but she still has a nasty attitude. The bed always has to cleaned because she is always on her phone and rarely are there ANY TOWELS in the room I go into! I still say “Thank you, have a good night when leaving,” and she doesn’t say a word! Otherwise, the other employees are super sweet and helpful!I like the Devoted Creations lotions a lot, the beds are good quality. There is an excellent employee, Lauren, who I adore seeing every time I come in. She is always so happy and smiley, talkative and super helpful. The salon is always very clean and stocked when she is there and never a dirty bed. Then there is an employee, Maddie, she is always rude and always has a nasty look on her face, especially if I walk in too close to closing time; like she’s completely annoyed! I’ve been to other places to get a spray and no one else compared to CTF I don’t look orange it looks like a natural tan & the beds are amazing .
