Great front office staff. Welcoming and knowledgeable. Clinical staff just as wonderful. The doctor gave me a thorough exam and time to show areas of concern and ask questions. I was seen on time. In and out in a timely manner. I’ve already scheduled my visit for next year since I have family history of melanoma. It’s great to have another dermatologist clinic in Fayetteville!!

Probably one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. From the front desk, to the nurse, the Dr and the checkout desk lady. I never felt rushed or judged. Everyone was very polite and helpful. I think my nurses name was Paige, she was wonderful at explaining everything she was going to be doing and was very careful. She was a joy. Dr. Moore was also amazing. She was so kind and understanding and it really felt like she cared about my needs. I had been dreading going to the Dr’s for my terrible skin rash, but they made it such a lovely experience. Thank all of you for everything you do! I truly appreciate it.

She recommended a course of action based on my concerns and feedback and answered all of my questions.

Had good experiences in the past. And the doctor is pretty awesomebut none of that matters when front desk is rude. THEY scheduled me a follow up for one year later after after having a mole removed! They did! I didn’t ask for it, I just did what they asked while checking out at my last appointment. Heaven forbid at the time of making my appointment someone take 10 seconds to see if my referral through tricare is still valid a year later. So after finding a baby sitter, driving 20 minutes, they tell me my referrals is expired, it’s my fault, and responsibility and I can pay out of pocket or leave. Pretty crummy. Let’s also hope I don’t actually have anything wrong in the time it takes for me to get a new referral, and find a new place because I won’t be back.

I had such a wonderful experience. My doctor was Hannah. LOVE HER. I have tried other practices in Fayetteville and was sorely disappointed. I didn’t feel like other doctors listened to me- to what worked for me, what my concerns were, what I’m comfortable with. Hannah did all of that. I didn’t have to wait for an hour to be seen after my appointment time (huge plus!). Everyone was so nice. Sometimes getting through to reception can take a few tries, but with COVID, I understand many places are short staffed. I have switched to this practice and will continue using them.

I have always believed an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Accordingly, I have monitored my skin condition and concerns at Carolina Skin Care for several years. Recently, after a routine exam, they asked me back to take care of a problem. Their advice was to take care of this minor issue while it was still minor. They would also continue to monitor my skin. We scheduled an appointment.

My visit with this office(also called Southern Dermatology) was itching and discoloration on my face which probably caused by wearing mask. A PA came to me, took a brief look at my face(approximately 5mins) and she prescribed me a medicine. When I went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription, what surprised me was that my copay for the medicine would be $600/month. It is irresponsible to start of with the medication costs so much for simple mild rash.
