I took my 5 year old for a mommy and me day. The person doing my nails was very nice but the job they did was terrible. My daughter’s pedicure was only $4 cheaper than mine which I found to be a little crazy since they didn’t really give her a full pedicure since she is only 5. They put her nail polish on super quickly and put on layers without it fully drying. It was a glitter polish and had big bubbles of layers of paint that would never dry. It ended up chipping completely off on some of her nails about an hour after we left. I sat for about 30 min and my nails never set. They stayed soft to touch and would leave dents hours after I got home which was 4.5 hours after my appointment. I don’t know if it was just a super old nail polish or what because he only put one layer of the actual color on my toes so it should not have stayed soft like it did. I had to repaint our nails after getting home which was a complete waste of $86 and defeated the purpose. I left 2 stars because they were nice but I would never pay for this service again.

I used this place for the first time today because my was closed today and the young man that did my nails I fell in love with. He was so gentle and just sweet as could be. He did an excellent job on me. I didn’t catch his name which I regret. The people were absolutely 10000% friendly, & kind. Very clean place and they have a salon full and were just blowing thru everyone so fast. Everyone seemed just as happy as I was with their service. Definitely recommend this salon to anyone and I will most definitely come back to them.

I haven’t had my nails done in years because I couldn’t find a place I like and gave up. I am very picky about how my nails look and the skill of the technician. Meaning no pain and perfectly shaped nails. Jenny did my nails and I am happy to say I was satisfied completely! I plan on going back to her regularly. Highly recommend! Thanks to Jenny! 🙂

I have been going to Carolina Nails for many years. I am always taken cared of. If I have any issues the owners Jenny or her husband will always make sure you are pleased. They are a very nice owners and care about their business. The staff has changed a little but the service is still the same.

Just had a pedicure. The technician was extremely rude when I asked her if she used a used file on my toes. She said that she sanitized it. However while I was waiting for my pedicure to dry she started on a customer sitting next to me. She was using the same file on her that she used on me. She lied about sanitizing the file and the customer was very concerned since she told her that she is diabetic. When I explained to the owner how disappointed I was he said you will not find one nail salon in all of SC that use new files for every customer. Told me to bring my own. I just moved from up north where I never had to deal with anything like this. Are there any regulations here in SC? People are ok with spreading foot fungus?

Been a patron for 2.5 years. Yesterday I had an acrylic overlay full in, 1 nail repair with gel polish. I always get gel polish … I was charged $110. I’m like what?!! I was told the price increase was bc of the nail repair & bc I had gotten matte gel polish. I was floored! I always tip on top of payment. Sadly I will find another nail salon. My nails are not worth $110
