I got my hair and makeup done by Kelsey for my wedding, and she did a wonderful job! I brought in a couple of photos for the trial, and she matched my vision so perfectly that I didn’t change a single thing for my wedding day. On the day of she kept checking in with me as she was working to make sure I was happy with everything. My sisters also got their hair done (by Baylee and Isabelle), and they were happy with how their hair turned out too!

The staff was super duper friendly and helpful. I went in to purchase a gift card, and had an issue. They were very kind, patient, and helpful. I’m so glad they were able to exceed my expectation. The place is very beautiful and serene. It is everything you need for a spa experience.

My pedicure appointment was scheduled a week and a half in advance. I showed up 20 minutes early and sat for 35 minutes without a single person coming to let me know that they’d be late, how much longer I’d be there, if I could even get the service. I went up to the desk and politely said “I think I’ll have to reschedule because we are now 15 minutes past my appointment time”. In a blasé fashion, with no explanation, no sorry, no let me check to see what happened…”we can schedule you for Saturday.” I asked what happened and all this dude could say was “I don’t know. She’s scheduled to be doing your pedicure but she’s doing a manicure.” What? You knew I was sitting there. You checked me in so why didn’t you check with her to see? I said don’t worry about rescheduling and this dude says “take care”. When has this become customer service? Does this salon owner know that people are being so nonchalant with their business?!

Love the atmosphere of this salon . It is very clean and the workers are so friendly. Did I mention they do everything there . It is the best salon by far in Akron Ohio . The inside of the salon is beautiful ladies and gentlemen go experience it yourselves.

Lynae is amazing. She always does an awesome job on my hair and eye brows. She also did great with my toddler for his haircut! I love going in to see her. I only go in a few times a year and she always remembers what has been going on in my life and checks in.

Destiny has been doing my hair for a little over a year now. I came to her after salons had been closed with messed up dyed at home hair and she brought it back to looking great. Her balayage and coloring skills are amazing. She has definitely mastered the craft of hair coloring! She is attentive, so kind and warm and always a wonderful listener. I feel truly cared for when I am in her chair and know that she is giving her all to make my hair look wonderful. You will get great service, lots of laughs and beautiful hair if you book with her. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

I’ve been going here for years and have always gone to Lynae. I always leave her chair feeling so beautiful and confident. No matter what color, style, or cut I ask for she always knocks it out of the park. We always have a great time too, she always puts me at ease and makes me comfortable. Everyone else in the salon is also very friendly when I come in, it’s a great environment and I can’t imagine going anywhere else!
