Positive: QualityCarol did my facial and derma-planing treatment, I suffer from extremely dry and dehydrated skin. My facial was lovely. She showed me around the new spa before my appointment started and introduced her new partner. She showed me progress during my facial so I could see what impurities on face were being removed. She offered me a great facial serum and lip jelly, I love both. My skin is doing much better after my treatment and using my new serum in addition to my regular moisturizer! Carol did my facial and derma-planing treatment, I suffer from extremely dry and dehydrated skin. My facial was lovely. She showed me around the new spa before my appointment started and introduced her new partner. She showed me progress during my facial so I could see what impurities on face were being removed. My husband got me a groupon for my birthday here and I was so excited! I love facials. I had never been there before but scheduling was easy. It was difficult finding parking but I managed. Walking in, the spa is gorgeous and nicely decorated!

Yesterday was my first time at the new location and I was surprised to like it even more than the last. The aesthetic is upscale, exclusive and peaceful. I was serviced by Noelle for the first time- she provided waxing services as well as a facial. She is absolutely amazing!!! Fast, efficient, professional, knowledgeable and funny as hell! My brazilian wax was a breeze and she showed me how much better hard wax is. I believe I got the cherry blossom facial- my face feels like butter!!! She removed some ingrown hair from my chin area and addressed my hyperpigmentation & scarring. I will be seeing her on a regular basis to see the full benefits of the treatments. I’m already scheduled for my first microdermabrasion and wax next month. I live 2 hours away from Birmingham and plan to see her consistently moving forward- that should tell you something

It faded before a year was up and I’ve been trying to get an appointment for a touch up—a touch up has a much lower rate than the actual microblading. No one answers the phone anymore. It faded before a year was up and I’ve been trying to get an appointment for a touch up—a touch up has a much lower rate than the actual microblading. No one answers the phone anymore. Carol Lewis and her team are wonderful. I’ve suffered with severe acne for 10+ years and nothing worked until I started doing microdermabrasion and microneedling with Juliann. Juliann is wonderful and knowledgeable about skin and how to treat it well. Whenever I visit, I am greeted warmly by the kindest, most welcoming people. I would recommend their services to anyone- woman or man, old or young- it doesn’t matter! Anyone can benefit from a good skin treatment or massage. I would give them more stars if I could. Absolutely wonderful people and fantastic service!

Thinking I did the right decision on bringing my never worn cancelled wedding dress to be sold, WRONG MOVE! These unprofessional people decided to donate my dress without my consent. They never called me or emailed me about picking it up. The only email and voicemail I had from them was about sending pictures. Lies, lies, lies. Do not go to this place as they are liars, and supposedly try to cover their rears with untrue information. I’m disappointed as my dress cost me over $400 and you stole it away from me.
