Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI wanted to post a follow up review to my first review to let clients know just how above and beyond the salon is! This was my 2nd visit to Carol Cole Salon and Spa. My first visit was about 6ish weeks ago. i had a lash lift and tint done, it was amazing! I had never seen my natural lashes look so great! While i had a great experience, the only downside to my visit was the receptionist. Following my visit, i received a personal phone call from the owner herself. She apologized for how I felt, was appreciative of the feedback, and offered to make it right. A week or so after her phone call, I even had an apology card sent in the mail from the receptionist herself. It was very nice. Fast forward to today’s visit and it was, again, everything. I had a different lash tech this time, Grace, but she did just as job of a job as the last lash tech! She was friendly, conversational, and the service flew by! There was a different receptionist today and she was great as well. She was friendly and polite! She asked if Id like to reschedule for an additional service and while i declined, (so i can make an appointment that fits my schedule) i was appreciative of her asking. 10/10 – would highly recommend!I wanted to post a follow up review to my first review to let clients know just how above and beyond the salon is! I wanted to post a follow up review to my first review to let clients know just how above and beyond the salon is! This was my 2nd visit to Carol Cole Salon and Spa. My first visit was about 6ish weeks ago. i had a lash lift and tint done, it was amazing! I had never seen my natural lashes look so great! While i had a great experience, the only downside to my visit was the receptionist. Following my visit, i received a personal phone call from the owner herself. It was my very first time ever doing anything with my lashes so I was very excited to be at Carol Cole salon and spa. The salon itself looks fabulous! It’s clean, modern, and extremely beautiful! Dahlia was phenomenal, she did an excellent job! I can not wait to tell everyone who did my Lash lift! The only negative thing I need to address is the receptionist. She was cold, uninviting and I felt scolded when I arrived because I didn’t see the hand sanitizing station that was off to the right, out of view when first entering the salon. (There should also have been hand sanitizer on the reception desk) I was hoping that when checking out, I’d have a better experience with the receptionist but I didn’t. She was still cold to me. I wasn’t asked if I’d like to schedule any additional appointments, I wasn’t asked how my experience was, I asked for a gratuity envelope and she gave me one but it was almost as if she felt like I was asking too much. It was disappointing. I don’t live in the area so I drove a distance to come there. If I decide to return, I hope for a better experience.Today was my first time at the salon. Today was my first time at the salon. I was scheduled for a lash lift and tint. It was my very first time ever doing anything with my lashes so I was very excited to be at Carol Cole salon and spa. The salon itself looks fabulous! It’s clean, modern, and extremely beautiful! Dahlia was phenomenal, she did an excellent job! I can not wait to tell everyone who did my Lash lift! The only negative thing I need to address is the receptionist. The chandeliers are filthy, and there is drama. Prices go up without warning and the front desk receptionist Debbie is rude. It takes to long to get through on the phone and then they act as if your annoying them. Like I said for my stylist I continued to go.
