Carmen is the best at her craft. She booked me for an appointment and when I walked into the door she sat me down immediately and started working. I was out of the chair in 20 min looking flawless (2 single braids) the price is more than reasonable too. My experience with Carmen has been the best braiding experience ever. Thank you Carmen!!!!

Hands down the BEST hair stylist EVER! If you get your hair braided and it’s not by Carmen, you don’t know what braids are. My son has been getting his hair braided since he was 3 years old. She is the BEST OF THE BEST!!! I recommend her 100%

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueTbh, I’ve heard a lot of good things about this lady, from plenty of people, but my experience was horrible, both times I went there. I couldn’t get my hair braided both times on two separate occasions because she doesn’t stick to her appointment times you schedule with her. She’s highly unprofessional and does not have a sense of urgency for her customers. What’s the point of scheduling a 2PM appointment if you’re going to start the customers hair at 3:30PM? That’s absurd. Then, when trying to explain to her, that it was taking entirely to long, after I waited patiently for her, for about 20 mins, she was very rude about it.
