From the moment I walked in I was treated to an amazing experience. Wait time was minimal, I was greeted upon walking in the front door. My stylist(Danielle) was amazing. She was friendly and very knowledgeable regarding hair texture and cuts. She checked on my comfort levels often throughout the process and ensured that I liked the length of the cut(knowing that I was getting a good deal of hair cut off). After completing my cut she did ask another stylist to come cross check to ensure that it would lay correctly and that no other pieces would be out of places, she wanted to ensure that I have the perfect cut. The salon was clean and comfortable. The online booking for appointments was easy to use. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

I received a not just a cut but a true style and a balayage color by Ben. It was nothing short of amazing! It looks very natural and blends in my graying hairs. The staff is very friendly. I’ll be becoming a regular client.

I had been coming here for a few years but I don’t think I’ll be returning. I made an appointment a few weeks ago to get my hair cut and styled for my first mother’s day. It was canceled an hour before I was going to leave. They said Lauren was sick. I was upset having a 2 and a half month old baby and just wanted some time for myself. But I sucked it up and made another appointment for today 5/28. They AGAIN called me a half hour before I was leaving my house to say Lauren was sick. To be honest I think maybe she didn’t want to come in early on a Saturday. Fine, but don’t put yourself as available, have me confirm the appointment and then cancel. I just can’t go back after this was done to me twice in a row.

They have cancelled my wife’s appointment multiple weekends with no real option for rebooking. It has been a month with no actual haircut. Every appointment keeps getting canceled minutes before she leaves. While this has been her go to salon for years, she will be going somewhere more professional and that can actually keep an appointment in the future.

Went there because they were having a deal for students $15 for a haircut. I had the pleasure of having kim smith do my daughters hair. Not only was she patient(my daughter had a lot of hair) she was so sweet and kind. She gave my daughter a complete new look. Everyone in the salon is so sweet and welcoming. She spent 3 hours doing my daughters hair. It was a lot to work with but the final look was amazing. If you want a stylist thats good and makes great conversation look for kim. She will be my new go to stylist.

Critical: ProfessionalismHORRIBLE ! Worst day of my lifeSTAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE . I went for a hair color and ended up in the ambulance due to a nervous breakdown as the stylist did a MISTAKE AND BURNED MY HAIR COMPLETELY since she left the bleach on my head for 2 1/2 hours and although I complained she said that it’s a different process not that I know of it!!!!! Never ever trust them.They took full responsibility in the beginning so that I don’t sue them and not to say the story in social media and then ignored my calls and msgs as if nothing happened.I HAVE PICTURES Of the whole experience .
