If I could give no stars I would! First and certainly last time I’m coming to this place. I recently visited this place considering it was close to home. Boy do I regret it! $220 later and came out with not even something similar to what I was aiming to come out with! Showed photos and explained what I wanted. The stylist (Elaina) did not know what she was doing! My forehead and root area is all burnt because of the carelessness and lack of professionalism. The owner didn’t even step in to resolve the issue! She saw I was upset and un content with the job done yet did nothing!

Carmela’s was awesome I haven’t had my hair cut or colored by a salon since COVID started. I had 10 different colors in my hair and due to home hair cuts. I also had at least 10 different lengths to my hair. My dad was one of the first victims of COVID and after losing him and having several bad experiences at prior salons I was afraid of salons.
