While the customer service this salon provides is wonderful, the manicures here are truly hit or miss and highly depend on which manicurist you get. I’ve had both gel and dip powder nails completely fall apart ( not just chip but an entire nail polish “falling off” after just a week. Yet, in the past I would get excellent manicures here that lasted way longer than 2 weeks. I attached a photo of my nails after just one week, this was dip powder. They fixed it when it happened with one of my nails, which I really appreciated, but then the others fell off without me doing anything hard – the salon couldn’t see me since they were busy, and I can’t just keep coming back there. Given the prices, this should have been done right in the first place
