bought on groupon before I saw the reviews on here…apparently nothing has changed…worst facial, she barely spent any time with the laser…burnt some of my hair on the hairline…didnt go over the areas I asked her too, and didnt even put the mask all over my face. I felt that it wasnt on my nostrils and asked her to put it there and she assured me that it was…..welp I decided to take pics to see…. not only is it not there, but also around my face is not fully covered. she also didnt remove the mask completely before I left…dont waste your money or time, have groupon give you a refund..I wish I would have.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI purchased a 3 IPL facial and chemical peel package on Groupon. What a mistake. She didn’t seem very friendly or professional. She was sloppy with the chemical peel solution and it got all over my lips causing them to peel and be sore for 2 weeks. She spent hardly any time at all with the laser. My face had been excessively dry ever since. Every thing seemed rushed. I was still trying to give her a chance and even gave her (an undeserving) large tip and booked the next appointment.And then for my second appointment there was a scheduling conflict where we had 2 different dates written down and instead of being courteous and professional, she instantly was nasty and not empathetic or caring at all. I have never been spoken to like how she treated me and I have worked in customer service for over 20 years.I also feel like she is falsely advertising her business. I purchased a 3 IPL facial and chemical peel package on Groupon. What a mistake. She didn’t seem very friendly or professional. She was sloppy with the chemical peel solution and it got all over my lips causing them to peel and be sore for 2 weeks. She spent hardly any time at all with the laser. I have had 3 appointments so far out of 6 and I have seen great results so far! well worth the money! I have very sensitive skin and the lasers/treatments don’t harm or irritate at all. Bonnie is knowledgeable and each time is a great experience!

Told me she didn’t even wear a mask properly. This was my worst hair removal experience ever! This rating should actually have no stars. I purchased 6 treatments for laser hair removal. By the 6th treatment, I told Bonnie the hair was not going away. The only solution she had was for me to buy more treatments. She said it was my body’s response and not her machine. Btw, I have had hair removal done before in other areas and did see results. With BB Designs, I had no improvements at all. It was such a waste of time and money! : (

Six laser treatments later and no hair removal. Owner canceled 2 appointments on me because of problems with the building. Once water was out and the other time it was the electricity. I paid for medium area of chin and jawline, but the first 2 visits I was mostly treated on chin only. Each appointment I had to tell owner what area I was getting worked on. ( I suggest actually writing this on the appointment book) Owner offered to continue treatments at the same price per visit since my package was done. I scheduled one and told her I was going to see my dermatologist. My dermatologist recommended that I see a doctor for hair removal, that the laser was completely different. I called to cancel that last appointment and surprise, I wasn’t even on the books for having an appointment!

I purchased a Groupon for BB Design Style Studio for laser hair removal treatment. The Groupon included 6 treatments. In the Groupon description, it is stated that “Each appointment lasts 45–60 minutes, and treatments on the same area should be scheduled 4–12 weeks apart.” Each of my appointments lasted a very short 10 minutes. Each time I went in, the technician could never remember what area she was treating- did not have it written down.

Bought a groupon for BB designs two months ago, called to set up a appointment but no one answered. Left a very detailed message about the area I wanted treated, times and days I would prefer, also stated if the times and days that I wanted were not available, that I would still come in with what was available. Repeated my phone number twice with my name and to please call me back and never even received a phone call back. So apparently they do not care to lose a customer.
