Critical: ProfessionalismI’m really left feeling disappointed and sad. I came in for a haircut today expecting to feel refreshed and improving my hair quality. I’m left feeling sad and regretful.I pride myself on my hair. I have long hair and I like to get a nice cut by a good stylist about 2 or 3 time a year. My hair is long, dry/damaged from old highlights, and fine.I look to come out of a haircut feeling like my hair is healthier (with getting off dead end, and a new fresh beginning, bouncy from being cut fresh, my hair is thin and breaks easily so it is a relief when my hair is cut fresh and healthy.My anxiety set in greatly when my stylist pulled out shearing scissors and a razor. She began shearing all my layers and hair and this is the worst thing for my hair type. This makes my hair thin and choppy – the exact opposite of what I want. I’ve only had one experience with a stylist that did this to me and it completely ruined my hair ( this should only be done for thick / course hair)I started to get very stressed out during my haircut and brought up that I don’t like that technique and asked “isn’t this going to make my hair more frizzy?’ instead of asking me and making me feel calm she said “no, its for texture”My whole head was sheared and razored. My hair looks think dry and brittle and the exact opposite what I wanted and this makes me really sad. Long hair takes a long time to grow and I paid the stylist over $100 to only make my problem worse. Really upset. I’m really left feeling disappointed and sad. I came in for a haircut today expecting to feel refreshed and improving my hair quality. I’m left feeling sad and regretful.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueTerrible customer service from the front desk and manager. Didn’t even want to try resolve my poor experience. Had a highlight and toner ( was told the toner HAD to be done to improve quality of hair even though i expressed I did not want it, was not informed of any charge for this, was billed $50 for a toner which actually ruined my overall hair colour. Not impressed. toner was still in hair after 2 washes, was in there 5 hours, was offered highlights on side to fix if i come back, but there was no point as it needed overall highlighting again to correct it, when asked to speak to a manager was told they were too busy i asked for a call back, never got one… save your money and disappointment! Prices are inflated, they just try to upsell( without telling you) guy on front desk phone was extemely rude and didn’t care, was willing to go back but not after the poor customer experience by front desk and lack of reach out from manager.Terrible customer service from the front desk and manager.
