Julissa is my all time favorite hair consultant. I have used this shop for 10 yrs. or more and never had a bad experience. I have sent them many clients who love them also. The shop is professional run by Carlos and Julissa ( husband and wife). Most of their staff has been with them for a long time and everyone is friendly and helpful. Maria is Julissa’s sister and an excellent stylist too.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueToday was my first visit to Carlos Salon. I have very long hair past my chest and needed a cut that would make it healthier but also maintain a little bit of length for my job. I called and they were able to see me right away…score. My stylist was Hannah and (aside from being freaking adorable) she gives a fantastic haircut! She listened to my needs, explained differences between styles/techniques I’d brought up, answered ALL of my questions (I’m really particular), and really made sure I was comfortable with our game plan before she even picked up the scissors. Turned out great, it’s exactly what I had in mind, and feels amazing. Today was my first visit to Carlos Salon. I have very long hair past my chest and needed a cut that would make it healthier but also maintain a little bit of length for my job. I called and they were able to see me right away…score. My stylist was Hannah and (aside from being freaking adorable) she gives a fantastic haircut! Kristina with a k or Ch..? I do not know as it was my very first time in the salon and my first appointment with her. She is absolutely fabulous! I brought in a photo on my phone of how I wanted my hair cut..boom! Exactly what I asked for! Now, it is a fairly complicated style involving a curling with a flat iron! She showed me on her hair, then she guided me on how to do it myself. I did it and it is not as hard as I thought! She is personality plus and she has the talent! Every lady and man in that salon knows their stuff! I had been going to the same salon for years and I tried Carlos’ salon on a recommendation from a coworker and I am hooked! I will never go anywhere else! I go back for my highlights the 18th…I will update this review then!

I moved to Georgia just under 2 years ago. I have had a terrible time finding a salon that could cut my hair properly, let alone trust them with color…unit NOW!! It was well worth the 1-1/4 hour drive from Sandy Springs to Peachtree City to come to Carlo’s salon on recommendation from a friend. Maria was amazing!! I could not be any happier with my cut and highlights! Maria’s customer service and attention to my needs was top notch. She is a very talented cosmetologist and her level of professionalism is extraordinary. I will be back for sure!!

Saw a different stylist when mine was unavailable. Was in to have my root color touched up. She couldn’t find my formula in the computer. As she seemed unsure of the color to use, I asked if they had a color expert, who could help. The owner’s wife chose the color. Got red roots to go with my blonde hair. Stylist tried to convince me it was a match. Did I mention she left me for an hour with color processing, and the color (no cut), appointment took two hours and 20 minutes? The consulting stylist avoided me on the way out & also when I returned, to try to get an appointment with my normal stylist. Avoid, unless with a highly recommended stylist!
