I broke my arm last fall and was working hard to get back to 100%. I went to Carla to help work out the muscles that had been injured when I fell. She was a huge part of my recovery. We were both a little timid on my first visit, since my range of motion was limited and cause paid. Carla was very gentle and patient in moving my arm into positions so she could massage my stressed out muscles. I came out so relaxed I had a hard time staying awake for the remainder of the day. Those massages help in my healing process!!! I highly recommend her services.
