Collen is great and Cindy at the front desk is wonderful! Come in here to destress from your day and enjoy a nice massage or just sit in the salt room. I will definitely be coming back. Veteran friendly! If you want an appointment, it’s best to call to verify the times. They get very busy and can’t always get to the phone, so leave a message. They will call you back!

Poor Customer service. Not sure how they stay in business, they didn’t even call me to verify. They blame shifted a first time customer for something they easily could of avoided. Called me names, took 0 responsibility and acted childish. Negative during a negative time in history will not fly. I’d rather be sore than to support them. I will say that it was Google’s messaging that caused this, but I did confirm an appointment and she just didn’t check or it never showed up. It would be nice if they took down phone #’s and took accountability instead of like I said, “blaming the first time customer”. Not a good look.
