Positive: QualityI have had massages from both Brenda and Angela. Two totally different types of massage. Both gave me relief from my pain.Having been a massage therapist myself, for over 18 years, I understand that there are many different ways to accomplish healing.While Brenda has an amazing touch and a sweet caring disposition, Angela has very precise technical ability.Last week, Angela was able to fit me in for a half hour. I had smashed my spine with a big ladder and was in terrible pain. I was afraid that I had fractured a bone; it was that painful. She zeroed in on the exact muscles that were causing the problem. No fluff. Every spot she touched was where the pain was. A day later, I could turn my head and look over my shoulder. I will be back for another treatment as soon as I can.I am so thankful to these women for their quality work and I wouldn’t hesitate to refer my friends and family to them.I have had massages from both Brenda and Angela. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityBrenda is amazing and does have caring hands and definitely Healing Hands! She is very knowledgeable! I was in horrible condition last year and made an appointment because doctors sent me to physical therapy and it didn’t help. I was full of inflammation from arthritis. I go once a week and she has been chipping away on my bad spots and I have my life back! I can now say she is my angel healing my body! Brenda, thank you so very much! Brenda is amazing and does have caring hands and definitely Healing Hands! She is very knowledgeable! I was in horrible condition last year and made an appointment because doctors sent me to physical therapy and it didn’t help. I was full of inflammation from arthritis. Critical: CommunicationI tried to explain to Angela what I wanted by telling her about my past experiences with another well trained therapist, but evidently she didn’t listen at all.I asked for a warm towel to be placed on my back prior to the message – didn’t happen – instead instant oil on my back neck and shoulders right under an air conditioning vent that just froze my back. I asked if she could turn it off and was told she couldn’t but she would close the vent which she tried to do. After the massage she never tried to remove the oil or even wipe my back at all she just left me in the room and told me she would meet me out side.I met her out in the lobby with my shirt sticking to my back, and she told me $30 for the 1/2 hour and asked me “cash or charge?”. I responded with two $20 bills and didn’t receive any change. Nothing but a smile.Had she even offered to give me some change I would have told her to keep it; but she didn’t even offer the $10 she owed me!Well I have already shared my experience with 3 other people and I will keep doing so.
