I went to this place for years and the owner has always been nice to me! I had paid for a full month during covid used only three or four visits, because I did not call her because I was so sick and that was not the first thing that came to my mind she was ignorant about the situation not only that but me and my husband have moved out of Cumberland and he had bought single visits what does it matter whether he uses them or I use them if it’s paid for?? If you ask me she seems to be very greedy!!! There is so much more that I want to add on this post but I’m going to keep my mouth shut and let you all figure her out for yourself!! She obviously doesn’t remember after I had my baby I also gave her three huge bags full of clothes that were brand new that my son never even wore and she gave me a hard time about using up the visits because we are not going to be living in Cumberland anymore and don’t want to keep traveling!! So she definitely hustled a low income family and I find her to be unprofessional!! Kudos good luck anyone who goes there she is a rip-off and today when I paid for a visit it was $20 to go in the bed minutes max and she shut it off at 8 minutes ridiculous, as if I didn’t keep time

Bought a tanning package and the girl who was working didn’t tell me I had to use it immediately. I went on vacation and came back and my 2 week package had expired. I was on vacation for 2 weeks! If I knew it expired why would I pay for it and then leave? Owner refused to honor it. I paid for it and she not only refused to reimburse me, she wouldn’t even give me what I paid for. Obviously the girl screwed up. Seriously worst business owner. Who treats someon3e that way? Throw away a good customer over a miscommunication for a couple bucks. There are dozens of tanning salons within 20 minutes, go anywhere but there!

I had purchased a gift card for my mother for Christmas, here it is June and shes just getting to use it. The OWNER proceeds to tell her and myself that the card is inactive and that the employee that sold it to me was in training and didn’t know what they were doing, and that they also had been spoken to on multiple occasions with the mistake found today with the inactive card. Instead of politely accommodating my mother and giving her the visits gifted to her, the OWNER put up a fight and argued with her and myself on where the proof of purchase was (hello the gift card!), refused refund, then “accommodated” my mother by giving her her visits but at the cost of that employee losing out in her check for something I already paid for!! So now not only did she get my sale from the gift card for christmas but she got a secondary payment for the same Christmas gift card but from her undertrained employee!! Unreal!! This company just lost 2 loyal tanners and will lose many more by our word of mouth of the pure rudeness!! Worst customer service by far!!
