I recommend everybody go here they are really good at doing dreadlocks, single braids, box braids whatever you need. It’s a great atmosphere everyone is friendly it’s professional very clean. I go here and get my single braids and I just love them they are so neat. I’ve been to several braiding shops in Phoenix and this right here is the best one. cita an ms.b do a awesome job with braiding. And the other ladies do an awesome job with dreadlocks.

I have been coming here because of a particular lady who knows what she’s doing. The prices the owner charge is ridiculous because l only have a front lock. But l was ok because the lady always does a good job. I went there about two weeks ago and thought my appointment was with the same lady. But it was not, instead it was with this money hungry angry woman. I wanted for twenty mins before she came to the appointment. I told her the last time l came l paid $80. This lady became angry and said no. She wanted to charge me more. I refused and stated the amount l was willing to pay. I told her l was willingly ready to leave and go somewhere else. The other lady told her the price l always do my hair. We agreed to the price or l thought we did agreed to the price and that was final.

This is by far the best place in the area to get dreadlocks done. Very reasonable price and my hair comes out looking amazing. The music is also pretty cool. I highly recommend this place! Dreadlocks

The lady didn’t understand English very well, so I picked the style I wanted from the picture in their book After my hair was done she said it didn’t look like the picture. She said to get that style would be $250 more! Very bad customer service.Tge manager speaks English better, but he wasn’t very helpful and his only solution was to come back again next week and pay $100 more.

For locs, this is the place to go. Normally they have open slots for appointments and they always get me in and out for a retwist in under 3 hours. The prices are not too hefty and they know what they are doing. If you need a retwist, style, braids, etc. this is the place to go!

This is not what I asked for. It looks nothing like the picture. It was a rushed lazy job due to me comming in @ the end of the day. And then tried to convince me it was right. And the business did nothing to rectify the situation. You have lost a faithful customer due to your total unprofessionalism and tried to charge me 150 for that. Never again!

I was recommended this place by Najib at NYCe cuts barber shop on union hills. This place is great. The environment was friendly and the music was awesome. The service was reasonably priced. The ladies braid quickly (important on a 3 year old) but neatly. I will be going back for future braids. Thank you ladies.
