CINDY WAS OVER THE TOP AMAZING. She colored and designed my nails exactly the way I asked. She took her time on every step. I got the FULL experience from the beginning part of getting them cleaned to the ending part of them getting painted. She showed me different inspo pictures too to choose from and pulled out all the colors to make sure I got the right one that I wanted. I’m telling you, she did amazing. Her customer service skills are on point! I’d highly recommend working with Cindy, she won’t disappoint 😉

bad experience, there was not enough staff. They glued my nails and left me sitting for 15 minutes to attend to someone else. when I asked them to remove my nails because they did not have enough staff to attend to me, the girl sat down to finish the whole process of the nails, but she did it in a rushed way, without care and I hurt 3 fingers as shown in the picture photo, in addition to the fact that in front of me he spoke with his colleagues in their language and he did not understand anything but he gave me the impression (I hope not) that he said things about the clients in another language that was not English so that we would not understand.

Always an amazing time, always feel so comfortable there and we always laugh so much!!!! I’ve been coming here for years because they do the best job! I’ve tried many other nail salons where the nails start falling off within a few days. Not at Caribbean Nails. Cindy and the rest of the staff do amazing work! They do quality work and have always taken good care of me! Their pedicures are the best! Giving attention to detail and the best massage. I’ve always enjoyed my experience and would recommend them to anyone.

I don’t EVER leave bad reviews but…. She basically forced me into doing a 5 star review on here (I deleted it) she did not do what I wanted. Forced me into getting nail art on all my nails even after me asking if I could just do two on each hand. THEN told me I had to pay for each nail art, it came out to $70 and honestly…. I would’ve paid $40 for it realistically… anyways… she filed my natural nails down to the skin and 4 weeks later the nails won’t come off even after soaking them because they are literally melted onto my natural nails… they crack my natural nail beds and they hurt SO bad. Never seen anything like this before.

My daughter and her two friends came here to have their nails done before their high school dance. They made an appointment a day in advance. They arrived on a Wednesday at 12:30pm. There were 4 employees on staff, however they only had one nail technician working on all three girls. One employee sat in a chair the entire time. When 2 walk in appointments game they proceeded to take care of them instead of the girls. The two walk ins finished before they even started my daughters nails. They left my daughters friend’s nails uncured for more than an hour and had to start all over from the beginning. I am not exaggerating when I say that the one hour appointment turned into 3 hours. We didn’t leave the salon until 3:30pm. Also, the one technician working on my daughters nails told her it would be $55 for the acrylic nails and then she charged me $60, because I was the Mom who was paying.

I haven’t had my nails done in several years, just didn’t have the time or money. I am so glad I went to Caribbean Nails to get restarted. Not only did they turn out beautiful the workers are fun people to talk to. I look forward to coming back every 2 weeks for a fill.
