I’ve been coming here for about 4 years since I went natural and my hair has definitely benefited from it. The ladies are always so sweet and treat every customer like family. They greet you with a smile on even their busiest day and once you’re seated in their chair, you’re the center of their attention. I was skeptical on coming due to the reviews but wanted to be my own judge of character. Everyone look at us unwelcoming explained, I wanted flat twist in the front and back straight they pointed to whom was able to do her hair we sat down. (Which everyone should know how to do.) While waiting the the female asked me is my daughter hair washed already I said no then she rolled her eyes. Even if her was already washed, I am at a hair salon the first thing they are supposed to before doing anyone’s hair is washing it, and not to mention it is apart of the service. We waited for 20mins and walked out!!

I called in advance to make sure they had time for a walk-in and was told they would see me so I go and first, no one greets me (everyone just stares at me like I walked into someone’s house), I can’t tell the staff apart from the clients and when someone finally decides to speak to me she says “What do you want?” with a bunch of rollers in her hair. I waited 20 minutes before I finally gave up and left. I would’ve waited except a girl walked in after me and was seen right away. Ridiculous.
