I want to say my appointment was canceled I guess because I was gettIng on her nerves texting her. I booked the appointment with the lady for a Sunday but got sick so I canceled and rescheduled for that Sunday coming up. She told my mother the hair was included over the phone and the style would cost 220. I wasn’t told to get the hair or pay the deposit for that appointment . Now I understand with me canceling she would require a deposit which I didn’t mind paying so I sent it to her. Then she sent me a picture of the hair I need because she stated she doesn’t carry it which is strange because you sent a picture of it to me and stated she don’t get a lot of people who wants the spring twist. So I texted her to clarify if the style is still 220 with me supplying my hair. She texted me stating that it wasn’t true what I was saying and that she will be canceling my appointment. Everyone else may have had good service but this is unprofessional I was just trying to make sure I had the correct money and supplies to do my hair

Since relocating from New York to Nashville I have never been able to find a hair braiding salon this good. This is by far the best hair braiding salon I have been to. Careine is talented and great at what she does. She is truly blessed and I am happy to have find her. I highly recommend this salon to anyone who desires to have their hair professionally done.
