Cynthia did my hair and makeup for my first wedding dress fitting and it turned out lovely 🙂 I had an idea I wanted to execute with the hair accessories that I brought along and she put it together flawlessly. My makeup was nice and subtle just like I asked! She was very sweet and kind and I would recommend her to anyone looking to get their hair and makeup done for a special occasion!

I typically see Cinthia for my appointments. Unfortunately she was not available for my appointment, I ended up seeing Piper Jay. I scheduled the appointment online, and she advised me when I arrived that when I scheduled the appointment online it was just for a color touch up, so she would not have time to do a lightening balayage. I said ok, and she said she can do a wet balayage. I said this was fine. When she finished with that, my hair was pretty dark and she said she could lighten it more because her other appointment had canceled so she would have time to do a full balayage if I wanted. I said yes. I did tell her that I had to be out of there by 12, and I could do it if she would be able to finish it in that amount of time. I got there at 9am. She said she would be able to. She did “finish” by 12, but I walked out of there with burnt fried orange hair crying. I will not be going back to this salon, which sucks because I previously had a great experience with Cinthia. I now have to find someone else and pay even more money to get my hair fixed and hopefully not damage it more. Be careful who you book with at this salon, piper Jay said she had experience doing hair but she didn’t seem to have much.
