Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI really enjoyed the massage. I have known Anna for several years now. She has always been a true professional always looking out for the well-being of her customers. I’m very happy to see she has her stable place. I have gone to see her with pain in my lower back. Without telling her my back was hurting and after a minute or so she would know.I highly recommend her for anyone in the construction, warehouse employees or first responders. Critical: ProfessionalismI had a Groupon for 2 massages that I paid $98.00 for and the lady at the front desk basically declined me for having it and telling me its hurting her business. She wanted me to pay $180 instead of $98. Now Im stuck with a voucher I can’t use. This is bad business if you ask me. Then she wasn’t even willing to let me set up an appointment. I had a Groupon for 2 massages that I paid $98.00 for and the lady at the front desk basically declined me for having it and telling me its hurting her business. She wanted me to pay $180 instead of $98. Now Im stuck with a voucher I can’t use. This is bad business if you ask me. Then she wasn’t even willing to let me set up an appointment. Save your time and your money.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI went here with my wife for valentines day (we booked our appointment through groupon, set for 1:30) when we got there the Manager was at the front desk checking people in and out. She asked if we had an appointment we said yes, she then pulled out a notebook and ask what our phone number was, we told her , she then went on about how Groupon is different,how they’ve been losing money from it and how we had to set a appointment (which we had to do thru their website) basically saying that she will take us even though we are a “walk-in” she took us to the massage room. And told us to undress and someone would be with us soon. We waiting about 30 minutes before my wife had to step out and use the restroom (she was also going to see what was taking so long) ,so she went and came back saying everyone else was waiting too. We waited another 30 minutes for some reason just to see, and no one came. We then got dressed walked back out to the front desk, rang the bell and asked for a refund, saying we’ve been here waiting for a hour and we had a appointment, and the manager says “why didn’t you say something we are busy i didnt know anyone was in there , we will give you more time” for some reason again we agree and sit down and they come in instantly after we got undressed. We got the original 60 minute that we paid for and they were done, right at 3:30. We went out to make sure everything was good and we were settled up so the manager could redeem the Groupon. And she then asks for a tip, more like demanding one. Saying how the masseuse works hard and are underpaid. I say we had an appointment which we were earlier for and we waited for a hour. I didn’t want to give them any more of my money, hence why I asked for a refund. She then goes on how we waited all that long we could’ve said something and how the masseuse works hard and what not. Again demanding for a tip. And I say the same thing again. We waited for over an hour, was promised extra time and didn’t even get that. She then blames us for waiting saying we should’ve said something saying “she didn’t know anyone was in there” when she sat us there. She then calls us “cheap” for booking thru groupon. Both Masseuse was great but overall the experience and service was terrible especially for a valentines day venture. Positive: Professionalism, QualityMy husband and I came here a few days after our wedding and couldn’t be more happy with their service! We got an hour long deep tissue massage with hot stone for $96 + tip. Everything was very clean, they were friendly, and we will be returning!
