Carbon paired me quickly with a stylist and was able to fit me in on a tight time schedule. The space is nicely designed, clean and spacious. Noel did a great job as did her assistant – the shampoo was relaxing. Prices are what you’d expect for a salon cut and I’m very happy with her abilities and her knowledge. I’ll return!

I would give a zero if I could but will not let you post. I was looking for a new salon since my hair stylist had moved away so I looked up salons in Conroe with good ratings. I had never been to Carbon so was not sure which stylist to choose so I put in the notes that I have short gray hair to hopefully help them choose someone with experience with short hair. I knew after about the first 30 minutes with Morgan that I was not going to get my hair cut like I was use to with my other stylist. I finally said forget anything else and wanted to check out. She was not even experienced enough to use clippers to cut the back but had to get advice from someone else. The right side of my hair has a section that is longer than the left (not supposed to be) and the crown area in the back is shorter than the sides considering I have cowlicks and its sticks straight up. Clumps of my hair are different lengths where she just picked up sections randomly and cut straight across without even measuring. I have honestly never had anyone cut short hair the way she did. Not worth the money I paid and definitely will not plan to go back.

Morgan was absolutely wonderful!!! I took a big risk not having come here before. My blonde definitely shows and I get a lot of compliments. Only reason why it’s 4 instead of 5 stars is because the price was very hefty. Definitely can’t do it often. Hair coloring
