I love my nails! The technician I got was willing to use my deep c-curve tips I brought from home, and did a fantastic job on my full set. I broke one hauling luggage and came in for a fix, and they did it for free! I kept insisting it was my fault, and wanted to pay-they refused. It’s refreshing to see people stand behind their work.

The first time I went everything went great ..i traveled from out of town and thought I had found my new nail salon.. While everyone is very friendly I paid extra for shellac gel and the next day all the Polish bubbled up on my nails ..my toes were done in regular polish and my toe polish was fine . I was going on vacation and had no time to go back to another to get polish redone ..i think my shellac gel should be free .i took pictures of my nails the next day after them done and it looked like they had been done for a month

I honestly didn’t know what to expect because this was my first time here. I was reading through the comments and saw there were negative criticism about this place, but still wanted to try it out. When walking in, I loved how they ask if you wanted any beverages while waiting. I only had to wait 5-10 minutes. So first off, the customer service here was already great. I had Ms. Tiffanie do my nails. She was super patient with me, and also allowed me to take my time with picking my colors. I was indecisive, but she gave me her full attention and opinion. She was also super gentle when cutting my cuticles. I would go back to her again. I got gel done on my nails– I attached a picture to this review.

I received a really sloppy set of acrylics from this location. My nails were so thick and the polish was applied very unevenly and all over my cuticles. I kept explaining to the tech what I wanted, but I ended up giving up so I wouldn’t appear to be a difficult customer. I later showed my nails to a coworker and she couldn’t believe they were professionally done… they looked that bad. I won’t be coming back.
