I had a very unfortunate experience with Charachele. She convinced me to get hair extensions from her by telling me that those were the most amazing hair extensions ever and they would make my own hair much healthier and that the hair itself could be reused for an entire year. She charged me over $3800. Within a month and a half of the installation nearly 50% of the extensions came out and severely damaged my own hair. The result was the opposite of what she had promised me. I reached out to her for a refund. She offered to put the hair back in. I explained that I did not want the same hair that caused the problem to begin with and that I wanted to go to someone else to fix it with different extensions. She went on and on telling me how much she cares about her clients and her work but refused to provide me with a refund. I was even willing to take at least a partial refund. I did not think it was fair for her to keep the money that I paid for a product and service that was clearly faulty and not what she had promised. I would strongly caution anyone against using her for hair extensions.
