Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI traveled for work before coming to greensboro and have gotten injections for a while now in quite a few major cities in the US. To be honest I am kinda bummed Rafaela isn’t a provider in a healthcare setting anymore (but also SUPER glad she made the switch for the reasons below:) because I would have gone to her as my primary care in a heartbeat after our appointment. She is knowledgeable and excellent with patient education, while still being intellectually curious and honest. Her voice and demeanor are also really calming and reassuring. I liked the transparency of her pricing, her patience and carefulness to make sure we were communicating well and understanding each other. Pretty shocked that not a single other person has really sat me down and talked to me about my long term and short term aesthetic goals until her! Guess all that Groupon chasing I did cheated me out of this kind of excellence. Also pretty wild to me that her pricing is so incredibly reasonable for this level of care and attentiveness. I’m excited to have finally found someone I feel I can trust enough with my face to do some things I didn’t feel comfortable letting anyone else do! Also, just in case anyone is curious (because I’ve made the error of doing reviews way too soon after a treatment that I’ve regretted), its been well over a week since my dysport injections with her (my preference over botox, but I do alternate occasionally). Every area was treated with such care and turned out perfectly. I have strong facial muscles and it’s pretty frustrating when someone just goes in all willy nilly and does their usual routine not taking MY face needs into consideration. She actually took the time to feel my musculature and its so nice not to have those dang 11’s that seemed to haunt me after my other injections. Also, no one had ever told me I had hooded eyes before and the additional risk for drooping that accompanied that. She was so cautious to make sure I didn’t wind up lop sided, and the annoying creases above my eyebrows are gone but without any heaviness. My face feels super natural, looks incredible, and I think its safe to say that I am her newest biggest fan:) Next up, LIPS! And maybe some injections to try and help my TMJ.
