I have been going to cara Bella studio for a year a and a half. Regina is an amazing lash tech with great customer service!! She always makes sure you feel comfortable and makes sure that you are satisfied with her work! ( I guarantee you will be) she has great quality lashes that will last you 3+ weeks. I recommend her to everyone I know you won’t regret it.

Regina did my lashes today and I love them! Sometimes when you use a Groupon you never know what you’re going to get but they look and feel natural. I have a lot of anxiety about sitting with a bright light in my face for an hour but Regina played relaxing music and chatted with me the whole time which really put me at ease.

If I could do zero stars I would! DO NOT GO HERE!! I bought a groupon for a full set of eye lashes and made my appointment two and a half weeks in advance. About 4 days ago, I received an email from Regina Jaramillo saying that my groupon was used at 11pm on March 3rd. That is not possible since I was sleeping on March 3rd at 11pm. I had to go through an entire ordeal through groupon to fix it and make sure I still had my appointment today, March 13th at 9:15am. I tried replying to Regina via email 4 times to get more clarification and she never responded. Groupon was great and let me know they were able to contact her and said I still had my appointment for this morning.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismThe day (6/03/21) of my appointment approximately 1.5 hours before my scheduled time I received a text message from the lash tech/owner. I was told that I booked a mini fill and it had been 3 plus weeks since my last appointment. I was asked if I wanted to book a larger fill. A second text was sent moments later stating “the rain is pretty dangerous for a 25 minute service”. I informed that it had been exactly 3 weeks since my last service and 1 lash was okay and the other definitely needed a fill. I’m disappointed that THIS BUSINESS CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT which was scheduled in advance. I was offered to come in the 3 days following my appointment however I already have out of town plans as this is a popular graduation weekend. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND CARA BELLA STUDIO. The customer’s time and business is not appreciated at all. After the initial message another text was sent stating her street is flooded so her intent was to reschedule for tomorrow and Saturday. If that was the intent why was I informed 1.5 hours prior to my appointment time? I’ve never had this type of poor service experience for a scheduled service appointment. I would think small business, especially now, would be interested in keeping customers not running them away.***UPDATE 06152021 – My appointment was at 3pm on 06032021. My name is Gabriella and my friend name is amber we got our eyelashes done like 2 weeks ago with a blonde lady in the back by the kitchen area she didn’t do a good job my eyelashes fell off all of them within the first week and my friends amber is off as well …we are very disappointed in y’all’s services I called like 6 times and my friend texted many times to lady who did our lashes and not one respond back we are getting ignored… take y’all’s money else where to get a better Job done
