I’ve seen many many massage practitioners over the last decade and Cara is definitely my favorite. She’s so strong and her pace and presence is incredible. It’s rare to find people in the helper professions who have achieved master status, and she is one of those magical few here in Olympia. I also love the ashiatsu style… really warm, deep slow pressure and good painful!

Cara is a skilled and talented professional. When I first started going to see her, I was in significant pain. She is always professional and focused during my massages and gives stretches and things to do to help recovery and to prevent injury based off of what she would hear of my complaints and things she noticed during my massage.
