I went here for a regular manicure. The service was really professional, and the salon had a very warm, friendly, family vibe. The manicurist paid great attention to detail, I was really happy with how it turned out. The regular manicure also included hand massage and shoulder massage while your nails are drying. Phenomenal value (all for $20)! Looking forward to coming back.

This is the BEST salon for kids!!! They are so kind and helpful with the kids and the atmosphere was great. Not only do the staff genuinely talk to and have fun with the kids, they have cute chairs for them to sit in, a fun TV show to watch and a foosball table and train! Our kids wish they could get their haircut more often!

This place was amazing! Came with my husband here to get some spa pedicures. It’s in a barber shop/childrens clothing store. You would of never thought they would have done the best pedicures we ever had. My husband was so happy with his too and that’s super rare because nothing really impresses him and he’s always disappointed by things. This is so good!!! The best!! We will be back again soon!

Really positive first experience here. Came for just a women’s cut and ended up getting my nails done too. Atmosphere is welcoming and there’s a strong community feel— many locals coming in from kids to adults. Great cut, too.

We took our 20 month old son to get his second haircut today. The first was somewhere else that caters to kids but resulted in a meltdown. I was dreading the next haircut so picked Capulet’s because it’s closer to home. We got there and Sergey greeted us—I warned him my son wasn’t going to be an easy customer but Sergey was warm, confident and optimistic. While my son did cry, it was a great haircut. Sergey clearly knew what he was doing handling little ones, even my son (who has sensory sensitivities), and cut his hair really well. Sergey was patient and kind and when we were done, he encouraged us to stay a bit to get our son more comfortable with the environment for next time. It was a great experience and we’ll absolutely be back. Thank you, Sergey!

My favorite salon in the universe! The owners and staff are incredible. I live most of the year in Chicago, but always hold out to get something done to my hair here. Wonderful nail services as well. The service was as horrible. The person doing my pedicure cut my toe nails too deep and cut off the corner of my toe nail completely. When I raised my concerns she offered to cut the other toe nail this deep also. She then offered to patch it up using a nail extension which came off as I was walking back home. I did not finish my pedicure and left very disappointed. No apology was offered from the manager.

Pedicure was cut way too deep, leading to painful ingrown toenails. Cuticles pushed back too far, leading to pain and bleeding. Fingernail dip treatment that was advertised to last a month lasted less than 2 weeks. Their kids area is super cute and the people cutting hair are great, but beware the nail services.
