This place is absolutely amazing! I got my hair cut and it was awful I wanted to cry it was not what I wanted at all. I saw this hair salon and saw amazing reviews and tried it out to hopefully get my hair fixed. Hope did my hair and she gave me hope that my hair can be fixed. She took her time and made sure everything looked perfect. I’m so happy with the results and it looks so much better. I 100% recommend this place and would recommend Hope to be your stylist.

With my boyfriend we made an appt at 10am (wich is their open time), we’ve been waiting since 9:55 and no one opens the door. When we text them, they said they had a problem with the keys (wich is completely understandable) so we’re still waiting. They arrive around 10:10 and say “Hi, we’ll be back”. She never comes back. We’re waiting til 10:32 and we just left the place because it was rude and unrespectful. The keys stuff is okay, could happen to anyone but if they know they are late and just desapear without explanation is really like they don’t matter the ppl time. Really dissatisfied

I brought in my 15 year old daughter today for a hair style appointment. Leilah was recommended to us for the type of cut my daughter wanted. Leilah was very professional and super friendly! She made my daughter very comfortable. We love that Leilah took the time, and let Karlee give opinions of how she wanted her hair to be. Leilah discussed products for styling as well. The owner also was super friendly and easy to talk to! Everyone that saw Karlee’s hair was complimenting her! My girl left so happy and beaming! Thank you Leilah for Amazing service

Called ahead for a haircut and got an appt time of 6pm which is apparently when they close. Got there and loved the place at first until two of the women say to the girl that was supposed to cut my hair ” if you didnt have time to cut her hair you should have told her” as they were leaving for the day. Those two women were very nice. The girl to cut my hair was finishing up the guy ahead of me which was fine , no big deal to wait, until 6:30 rolled around and they were talking and ahe never said a word to me. He actually said at one point that he wouldnt keep her much longer because he knew she had someone waiting for her and still not even a ” be right with ya” or anything so I left! Horrible service and will never return and will make sure to let anyone and everyone I know not to to go there .
