The customer service is great, but lately the quality of the service has been lacking. I came in on Monday for a new set of acrylics and by the second day half of my nails on the right side of my hand had all ready fallen off. It’s been less than a week, 5 days to be exact and all of my acrylics nails have fallen. I understand that it’s hard to maintain them due to everyday activities but other times my acrylics were able to last up to 3 weeks not 3 days. I had to buy nail glue to put them together but eventually gave up since they all fell within the same day. I don’t normally write reviews but I feel like the prices are insane for the lack of quality of the nails. If I wanted a manicure that fell off the next day I would’ve saved my money and bought press ons. I was tempted to go back after 3 days to the salon since half my nails had fallen but at that point it was already a new set I was not about to pay for. I’m really disappointed, please train your employees on how to create good quality work. Thank you.

Worst nail salon experience I have ever had! The owner was straight up aggressive when I was trying to tell her how I wanted the shape of my nails speaking so loud and shouting to the point where every one in there could hear her! I literally told her to calm down. She didn’t need to put me on blast like that considering I have short nails. Then she kept acting like she didn’t know English which she clearly did. Then to TOP IT OFF she had the nerve to ask me as I was walking out if I was going to leave a tip! Like hell no, worst experience ever! I highly don’t recommend this place NANA NAILS IS WHERE YOU SHOULD GO! In Anaheim!

Some of the people there are really nice and do a decent job. The man that works there is really bad. He just ripped off my daughter’s nails instead of soaking them for a little bit. Even when she said it hurt he didn’t stop. And he charged $12.00 for the removal. She could have just taken them off at home and it would have been less painful and her nails.less damaged. If you go there refuse service from the man. Linda that does eyebrows there does really good work.

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityFirst 2 times they did a good job. Third time a lady who sits all the way in, by the sink, created crooked nails, but I decided to add a coat of glitter to hide the workmanship until the next time (as long as I didn’t get that lady), but one nail broke. I went to get it fixed, the lady that sat next to her was using dirty nail files and, worst of all, destroyed my cuticle until it bled! I kept pulling away, she kept saying it was fine and that I would be fine and laughing at me like I was too delicate. I thought maybe I was being too sensitive, but my cuticle started bleeding.
