I was a little hesitant to write a review because I thought my hair looked good until I looked at it more and realized it’s not at all what I asked for. I sent the first two pictures as inspiration. When discussing what I wanted, I said I wanted a more lived in balayage look. My hair was previously very light blonde with grown out roots. I just wanted it to blend better up top. I never once said that I wanted my hair to be darker and it ended up being dyed way too dark of a brown. It looks like I just have highlights now. It looks pretty for a highlighted brown hair look, but unfortunately that’s not what I wanted. I definitely wanted to keep my blonde hair but just have a more lived in look. It also took 6 hours. I’m very sad my blonde is gone since I spent so much time and money getting it there. I was totally fine with a few lowlights for dimension, but I sure was not expecting it to be that much darker. I even told my stylists during my appointment that I don’t want brown hair.

I love the atmosphere and all but they are not good with black hair. The lady who did my hair looked clueless, she didnt know exactly what she was doing, everything was a mess. She didn’t put a single product in my hair, she didnt even wash the hair well ( still had dirt underneath my scalp). At the end of the day I had to go to another salon to get my hair done properly which i think is ridiculous! Nice atmosphere but I am not coming back.

I got my haircut by Emily & oh my goodness my hair looks and feels absolutely amazing! I just moved to denton & was looking for a good hair salon here & found this one. After i got my haircut & style, she helped me pick out products that would be good for my hair & add volume. She also gave me a whole bunch of tips on how to style my hair & just make it look better in general. I’m glad I found this place & will definitely be going back to Emily! I love how my hair looks, thanks so much!!

Mikenzi did a wonderful job on my damaged frizzy brown hair. She restored my rich dark brown color and gave me a keratin treatment to smooth my frizz and gave me a fresh collar bone cut with long layers. I am very happy with her work. My hair looks fresh, healthy and beautiful! She is amazing and I will be coming back for her help again and again. Thank you for working so hard and patiently on my damaged hair and making it beautiful. She is very sweet and friendly and wonderful to work with.

I went in for a trim and she cut off about 6-7 inches. I showed her how much to cut (2 inches), said I wanted to keep it long and yet she cut off half my hair. I’ve had long hair for years and never ever had a stylist do what she did. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or just has no idea how to cut hair, but STAY FAR AWAY!!! Haircut

I just moved here from CO and the person who answered the phone was very helpful. They explained everything that I asked about. I had an appt for root color and hair cut with Halee and she is great. She asked me what I wanted and the results were exactly that. Great atmosphere and wonderful people. I will be going back.
