Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been going to this place for years. Always been satisfied till now! How do you take people’s money an then go out of business.. I just bought a 60$ tanning package I have tanned 3 times came today an tg week is a sign on the door out of business at the White house and Portland location. Critical: Quality, ValueCustomer service was not a problem but I signed up for the most expensive package, not aware they only had one. The in general it had very old bulbs, I’m pale and barely got anything. Then I started using the one level down and they had 3 of those but only one would be working. They should definitely invest in their beds and bulbs.Service: Tanning

I love tanning here. If I dont have to I will never go anywhere else to tan! It’s clean, the staff is super friendly, and deals are all the time being offered on prices of tanning packages. One thing that makes me sad is how they no longer are selling the sports bra or any clothes for that matter. I loved those bras tho I wore them out and bought replacements. I likef them so much I ended up doimg that 3 times. Lol

Alyssa (sorry if I spelled the name wrong) was GREAT. She helped me pick a lotion that would work for me and was very polite and accommodating. I live in Springfield and drive to White House Captain Video because Springfield is nasty the girls never clean. Most of the girls that work at the one in Springfield are on their phone every single time I go in to tan and they stay on the phone while scanning your card, as if you coming in to tan is interrupting them. They are always rude. The customer service is non existent. White House Captain Video staff is friendly, always able to listen and be polite and help you find or use whatever it is you need. So thank you Alyssa for helping me and treating me so nice today.

Did not use their tanning facilities but the selection of movies, and their VERY VERY affordable pricing was really great. Will definitely be renting from them frequently!
