Critical: ProfessionalismI went in without an appointment and asked if they could cut my son’s hair. There was one barber cutting and two doing nothing but stating they couldn’t cut until 5. I think it would be a good thing to explain to potential customers why you can’t cut when literally two people are doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

Barbers are all great and respectful; especially when women and kids are there. I’ve been going for years and drive 35 mins every week. All of them can cut; also all ethnic groups is a plus. Best in the CSRA!

They have really good barbers and I prefer taking my boys there. They sometimes take a long time to cut but I think they ALL do!! I mean all barber shops….it WOULD be nice to know that even though they are open on Sundays that its appointments ONLY.

I learned about Caps Off nearly 2 years ago by simply asking a gentleman in the airport where he got his haircut. I have been coming here since and haven’t looked back! The barbers are very professional and accommodating for scheduling purposes.

This was by far the most homely barbershop i’d been to. They really welcome you there. Once you get with a barber he ensures youre taken care of each time you come in. They ensure you can reach them and are available for those Sunday last minute before going back to work appts. I do highly advise those looking for a barbershop and you live in the Augusta, Harlem, Grovetown area to check these guys out. Men/Women both, if you are in need of a quality cut go to Caps Off.
