I went and got my first facial ever with Kourtnie and she made sure I was completely comfortable the entire time while performing a customized facial for my particular skin and issues I’ve experienced with it. She explained the entire process so I knew what to expect. It was so worth it!! 10/10 recommend. She made me feel so relaxed while refreshing my face/neck with various products that worked so well for me. She also recommended an eyebrow wax and made sure I knew exactly what she would do so I loved them. I’ve been irritated with waxing in the past and she made sure there was NO issues prior to me leaving. Woke up the next day feeling like a whole new woman!! She’s also so sweet and genuine. I have known Kourtnie for years and I am always impressed with how she continues to further her education, experience and services. I have always been pleased with facials but more recently I have tried out some of her other services. My mom and I both recently got eyelash lifts and WOW. Talk about amazing! Our lashes look so full. Last week I went in for a lymphatic drainage massage. I cannot say enough good things about the experience. It was hands down the most relaxing experience I have ever had.
