I trust Kim implicitly. She is a very talented colorist and stylist and I have never been disappointed with my experience with her. I highly recommend Kim. I first met Kim several years ago desperate for hair styling and color, she did not disappoint. I have never been to another hairstylist since. In addition, Kim is extremely responsive, professional and my time at the salon is always a pleasure. Kim also provides hairstyle services to my daughter as well. I highly recommend Kim.

As a global business executive, wife, mother, and friend — I cannot express deeply enough how often I am pretty much always asked, “Who does your hair!” Even waitresses at restaurants often ask if I would mind if they could ask about my hair!” And the answer is always the same: Kim Martin! Critical: QualityI did not have a good experience here. Kim rushed through the job and was very rough with my hair. My head still hurts for a couple days afterwards. When I asked Kim if she can touch up my roots that were coming out and I will pay her extra, she said that I get what I paid for with the Groupon. I felt like Kim only treated me poorly because I came in with a Groupon even though I told her many times that I’m willing to pay for anything extra as long as my hair looks nice afterward. Yet, I left the salon with my hair looking like when I came in, with half of my head black and half blonde with the highlights on top, which did not even out even though I paid extra for the toner. I did not have a good experience here. Kim rushed through the job and was very rough with my hair. My head still hurts for a couple days afterwards. When I asked Kim if she can touch up my roots that were coming out and I will pay her extra, she said that I get what I paid for with the Groupon. Critical: ProfessionalismTerrible customer service! Kim texted the morning of the appointment to cancel. It was very difficult to get the time off of work and to cancel the day of via text! I know it’s 2020, but calling a client is always more professional, everything was done via text, from scheduling the appointment to her cancelling. I know it’s 2020, but calling a client is always more professional, everything was done via text, from scheduling the appointment to her cancelling.
